Yes, it is recommended. Just arrived! There was no check at customs and the FedEx driver offered to help me carry the box in through the gate. I’m a little worried about what her face will look like in person because it’s hard to tell based on professional photos, many of which have hair covering part of the face. It was also hard for me to tell which amateur photos were of the same doll, but after seeing her in person, she was very pretty and better than expected.
